Speaking to sky sport's news.

Stoke boss Mark Hughes re-iterated that he would pursue “top class” targets but said he would not talk about players from other clubs.

“Sometimes in January it is better to keep your powder dry. There are opportunities if everything falls in to place though. If something happens that is fantastic, but if not then we will wait until the summer. The talk on Michael Keane isn't true.

“It's inappropriate for me to talk about other clubs players, but it's no secret that we are in the market for top class players.”
