He adds: “It’s been a bad week. We’ve got talent but we’ve got to use it in the correct manner. At the moment it looks like they just want to chase and fight people instead of getting on with the game and it’s frustrating. It’s game management and you wonder who’s in control out there as far as the players are concerned.

“We need leaders and we don’t see to have it. I’m lost for words.”
